Dr Richard Liu is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist, ENT surgeon. Dr Liu has been in private practice since 1999 specializing in Adult and Pediatric Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery, certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He enjoys all areas of the specialty and has special training in balloon sinuplasty, minimally invasive sinus surgery and nasal reconstruction. He is on the surgical staff at Tri-City Medical Center and North Coast Surgery Center.
