Where and when should I go for Urgent Care?
Call your Primary Care Physician whenever possible before seeking Urgent care attention. Additionally, most health plans offer a 24-hour nurse consultation and care advice line to help direct your care.

Urgent Care
There are occasions when unforeseen medical problems occur while your Physician's office is closed. Illnesses that cannot wait until the next business day, but do not require the full services of a hospital or emergency room, are best treated at an Urgent Care. Conditions of this nature may include:
- Sore throat or ear aches
- Fever
- Minor injuries, burns, and lacerations
- Skin infections and rashes
- Minor fractures or broken bones
- Backaches
- Frequent urination or burning sensation when urinating
- Persistent vomiting
- Abdominal pain or cramping
- Allergic reactions
- Insect or animal bites
- Sports injuries
- Sinus problems or other upper respiratory infection
